Leyland Capital Limited has advised the shareholders of Project Arkansas, by preparing an Indicative Valuation Report for the company, to assist the management team in their strategy moving forward.
The shareholders appointed Leyland Capital to understand the current value of the company, to assist them with internal and external conversations arround the potential future and direction of the buisness. As this piece of work was in relation to a potantial shareholder transaction or re-organisation, the detail of the company and the report remain undisclosed.
Project Arkansas is a company involved in the design and mapping of automated and robotic production lines.
