We are delighted to announce the completion of the Management Buyout of Gudrum Classics Limited, to the Managing Director, Gerrard Smith.
Gudrum trades across 3 websites, Garden Chic, Living Chic & Simply Log Cabins. With over 15,000 SKUs across the home & garden category, Gudrum is growing rapidly in the market. Their team of highly skilled buyers, marketers, customer services team & product specialists are passionate about what they do.
Managing Director Gerrard Smith, has acquired the company from the founding shareholders, Andrew Leadley and Sally Leadley.
Gerrard Smith said: “I’m excited to be taking Gudrum forward on the next phase of growth for the Company, with my experience and the support of the wider team, I see a tremendous opportunity to grow Gudrum”.
